Keeping up with the latest advancements in coding assessment tools can significantly streamline the recruitment process.
Codejudge’s new Code Stub Generation feature allows recruiters to easily generate function templates, saving time and ensuring consistency across assessments.
This feature is available for select languages, indicated by a ‘<>’ symbol highlighted in green. Previously, recruiters had to create their own functions from scratch, but now they can simply enter the function name and parameters, and Codejudge will generate the code stubs for them.
Step 1: Log into your company account on Codejudge and navigate to the ‘Questions’ tab.
Step 2: You may choose to programming question you wish to create or edit.
Step 3: Go to the ‘Code Stubs and Tags’ section.
Step 4: Check if the programming language you are using is supported for code stub generation. Supported languages are indicated by a ‘<>’ symbol highlighted in green.
Step 5: Enter the function name and the function parameters in the relevant fields. Currently, only one function can be added, but you can include as many parameters as needed.
Step 6: Click on ‘Generate Code Stub’. The platform will automatically generate the function template based on the provided name and parameters.
Step 7: Review the generated code stub. You can make any necessary adjustments or add additional code as required.
Step 8: Save the question to ensure the code stub is included in your test.
By leveraging the Code Stub Generation feature, recruiters can create consistent and efficient coding assessments with minimal effort.
