Codejudge Interview, a cutting-edge platform for evaluating coding skills, offers a seamless solution for recruiters and hiring managers. One of its standout features is the ability to upload bulk candidate lists, streamlining the initial stages of the interviewing process.
Follow these steps to upload bulk candidates list to the interview:
Step 1: Recruiters can login into their codejudge account and navigate to the Interviews section. Click on the “^” button at Create New Interview button to add a bulk candidates list.
Step 2: On clicking the Bulk Upload Interviews via Excel button, it will display a pop up where recruiters can Download the Excel template and enter the details for both the candidate and the interviewer. Once completed, click on the "Upload Excel File" button and upload the file.
Step 3: Once completed, click on the "Upload Excel File" button and upload the file in .csv or .xlsx or .xls format. Here the recruiter should be onboarded into codejudge first before uploading the candidates list to the interview.
Step 4: After uploading excel file, it will display the Interviews page where you can edit the details of the candidates and send interview invite mails to all the candidates by clicking Send All or selected candidates by clicking on the Send Selected button.
In this way, we can upload bulk candidates to the interviews on codejudge.
