Efficiently managing interview-related data is essential for optimizing your recruitment strategy. To enhance your workflow, Codejudge has introduced the Interviews Tab within the new Candidate Management Page.
This dedicated section offers recruiters and organizations detailed, interview-specific insights, enabling you to monitor candidate performances, manage interview schedules, and streamline your assessment processes seamlessly.
Step 1: Log in to your Codejudge recruiter account using your credentials.
Step 2: Once logged in, navigate to the Candidates section from the main dashboard.
Step 3: Within the Candidate Management Page, click on the Interviews tab to access interview-specific details for all your candidates.
Exploring the Interviews Tab
The Interviews Tab is designed to provide a comprehensive view of each candidate's interview activities. Here's how to utilize its features effectively:
1. Interviews Overview Metrics
Gain a high-level understanding of your candidates' interview performances with the following metrics:
Name: The full name of the candidate.
Interview Name: The specific interview the candidate has scheduled or participated in.
Rating: The rating assigned to the candidate based on their interview performance.
Starts At: The scheduled start time of the interview.
Interview Status: Current status of the interview (e.g., Scheduled, Completed, Canceled).
Candidate Status: The status of the candidate in the interview process (e.g., Pending, Selected, Rejected).
Actions: Options to manage the interview entry, such as viewing detailed reports.
2. Creating Interviews
Streamline your interview scheduling process with these options:
Create a Single Interview:
Click on the Create Interview button.
Fill in the necessary details such as Interview Name, Candidate Name, Interviewer, Scheduled Time, and Interview Type.
Click Save to schedule the interview.
Create Interviews in Bulk:
Via Excel:
Prepare an Excel file with the required columns (e.g., Candidate Name, Interview Name, Interviewer, Scheduled Time, Interview Type).
Click on the Bulk Create button.
Upload your Excel file and map the columns accordingly.
Review the details and confirm to create multiple interviews at once.
Via Resumes:
Click on the Bulk Create button.
Select the option to upload resumes.
Upload multiple resumes, and Codejudge will automatically extract candidate information to schedule interviews.
Assign interviewers and set interview details as needed.
Confirm to create the interviews in bulk.
3. Utilizing Filters for Targeted Insights
Refine your interview data to focus on specific candidates or metrics:
Accessing Filters:
Use the Filters tab located within the Interviews section to access various filtering options.
Available Filters:
Candidate Name/Email: Search for specific candidates by their name or email address.
Interview Name: Filter interviews based on the interview name.
Interview Status: Filter interviews by their current status (e.g., Scheduled, Completed).
Candidate Status: Filter based in the candidate’s current status (eg., Invite Sent, Currently Active, Not Joined etc.,)
Interviewer: Filter interviews conducted by specific interviewers.
Advanced Filters:
Scheduled Date Range: Filter interviews scheduled within a specific date range.
Candidate Status: Filter candidates based on their status in the interview process (e.g., Pending, Selected, Rejected).
Applying Filters:
Select the desired filters to narrow down the interview list, allowing for a more focused analysis of specific segments within your candidate pool.
