Recruiters have two options for assessment questions. They can craft their own subjective questions or utilise Codejudge's library for question selection. This flexibility empowers recruiters to tailor assessments to their needs.
To create subjective questions of a test, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to the Codejudge recruiter page. Here, you can manage questions, templates, and pools, utilising filters to create targeted questions for various skills and roles. This streamlined process enhances question management for recruiters.
Step 2: Click on Create Question button, which displays a pop-up showing different question type options and then select Subjective.
Step 3: On selecting the Subjective type, it will display the Information page where you can enter Test Name, Duration, Points and Problem Description.
Step 4: Recruiter can enter the question in the Problem Description field whether it can be theoretical or code snippet or image based questions. And click on Save button to proceed and you can preview the question in html.
Step 5: When you click the "Next" button, the optional Answers page appears. This feature is designed to provide recruiters with insights, allowing them to grasp the content for reference. And click on the Next button.
Step 6: On clicking the Next button, it will display the Tags page which helps you in searching and organising the questions by entering Job Role, Difficulty, Experience and Technology. And finally click on the Publish button.
Step 7: On publishing the subjective questions, it will be displayed in the My Company Questions section.
