Creating Voice Recording Questions: A How-To Guide

Voice recording questions provide a dynamic way to evaluate candidates' communication, problem-solving, and technical capabilities. By engaging candidates in spoken responses, you can gain insights into their thought processes and clarity of expression. 

Follow these steps to create impactful voice recording questions on Codejudge:

Step 1: Login to the Codejudge recruiter account and navigate to the "Questions" section. Click on the "My Company Questions" tab, and within the filter section, select the category  "Voice Recording." And click on the Create Question button.

Step 2: On clicking the Create Question button, it will display a pop-up showing different question type choices and then select Voice Recording.

Step 3: On selecting the Voice Recording type, it will take you to the Information page where you can enter Test Name, Duration, Points, Problem Description and Recording Time Limit. 

Step 4: Recruiters can enter the question details within the  "Problem Description" field. And, click the "Save" button to proceed. This action will allow you to preview the question in HTML format. After previewing, click the "Next" button to continue.

Step 5: When you click the "Next" button, the optional Answers page appears. This feature is designed to provide recruiters with insights, allowing them to grasp the content for reference. And click on Save and Next button.

Step 6: On clicking the Next button, it will display the Tags page which helps you in searching and organising the questions by entering Job Role, Difficulty, Experience and Technology. And finally click on the Publish button.

Step 7: On publishing the voice recording questions, it will be displayed in the My Company Questions section.

In this way, incorporating voice recording questions into your recruitment process can significantly enhance your ability to assess candidates' skills and qualities comprehensively.
