Efficiently managing contest-related data is essential for optimizing your recruitment strategy. To enhance your workflow, Codejudge has introduced the Contests Tab within the new Candidate Management Page.
This dedicated section offers recruiters and organizations detailed, contest-specific insights, enabling you to monitor candidate performances, analyze contest metrics, and streamline your assessment processes seamlessly.
Step 1: Log in to your Codejudge recruiter account using your credentials.
Step 2: Once logged in, navigate to the Candidates section from the main dashboard.
Step 3: Within the Candidate Management Page, click on the Contests tab to access contest-specific details for all your candidates.
Exploring the Contests Tab
The Contests Tab is designed to provide a comprehensive view of each candidate's performance in various contests. Here's how to utilize its features effectively:
1. Contest Overview Metrics
Gain a high-level understanding of your candidates' contest performances with the following metrics:
Name: The full name of the candidate.
Contest Name: The specific contest the candidate has participated in.
Functionality: Assessment of the candidate's functional skills demonstrated during the contest.
Quality: Evaluation of the quality of the candidate's submissions.
Time Taken: Duration the candidate took to complete the contest.
Status: Current status of the contest (e.g., Completed, In Progress).
Actions: Options to manage the contest entry, such as viewing detailed reports.
2. Customizing Data Columns
Tailor the information displayed to suit your specific needs:
Accessing Column Options:
Click on the Columns button located above the contest list.
Selecting Additional Metrics:
From the dropdown menu, choose the data points you wish to display. Available options include:
Added On Date: When the contest was added to the system.
Last Contest Attempted: The most recent contest the candidate has participated in.
Questions: Number of questions in the contest.
Contest Duration: Total time allocated for the contest.
Contest Start Time: When the contest was initiated.
Contest Expiry Time: When the contest expires.
Created At: Timestamp of when the contest was created.
Shared At: When the contest was shared with the candidate.
Started At: When the candidate started the contest.
Completed At: When the candidate completed the contest.
Webcam Sharing: Status of webcam sharing during the contest.
Screen Sharing: Status of screen sharing during the contest.
Plagiarized: Indicator of plagiarism detected in the contest.
Left Full-Screen Mode: If the candidate exited full-screen mode during the contest.
Switched Tab or Window: If the candidate switched tabs or windows during the contest.
No Face Detected: If no face was detected via webcam.
Multiple Faces Detected: If multiple faces were detected.
Face is Out of Frame: If the candidate's face was out of the webcam frame.
Face is Covered: If the candidate's face was covered during the contest.
Looking Away from Webcam: If the candidate looked away from the webcam.
Face Not Towards Webcam: If the candidate's face was not directed towards the webcam.
Unrecognized Face Detected: If an unrecognized face was detected.
Geolocation Violations: Any geolocation-based violations during the contest.
IP Address Violations: Any IP address-based violations during the contest.
Feedback: Feedback provided for the contest.
Code Changes: Any modifications made to the code during the contest.
Applying Selected Columns:
Once you've selected the desired metrics, they will automatically appear in your contest list, providing a more detailed and customized view of your candidates' performances.
3. Viewing Candidate Reports
Access in-depth reports for each candidate's contest performance:

In the Actions column next to each contest entry, click on the View button.

Exporting Contest Data:
Utilize the Export Reports feature to download candidate contest data in bulk, facilitating offline analysis and reporting.
Bulk Export Options: Choose to export All Reports or apply specific filters to target a subset of data.
Offset Range: Supports exporting records in ranges of 0 - 1000 to ensure optimal performance.
Note: Unlike the Tests Tab, the Contests Tab does not support adding new candidates directly. To add candidates, please use the All tab or the Tests tab within the Candidate Management Page.
5. Utilizing Filters for Targeted Insights
Refine your contest data to focus on specific candidates or metrics:
Accessing Filters:
Use the Filters tab located within the Contests section to access various filtering options.
Available Filters:
Candidate Name/Email: Search for specific candidates by their name or email address.
Advanced Violation-Based Filters:
Left Full-Screen Mode: Identify candidates who exited full-screen mode during contests.
Switched Tab or Window: Detect if candidates switched tabs or windows during assessments.
IP Address Violations: Monitor any changes or violations in IP addresses during contests.
Geolocation Violations: Track any geolocation-based violations.
Applying Filters:
Select the desired filters to narrow down the candidate list, allowing for a more focused analysis of specific segments within your candidate pool.
