How to Enable and Access Audio & Video Recordings for Dynamic Remote Interviews on Codejudge

In the ever-evolving landscape of remote interviews, Codejudge continues to lead the way in facilitating comprehensive and effective technical assessments. With the integration of audio and video recording capabilities, Codejudge empowers recruiters and candidates alike with a dynamic and immersive interview experience.

Follow these steps to enable audio, video and recording interview:

Step 1:  Login to the codejudge recruiter account and navigate to the "Interviews" section. Here you can see all the scheduled interview details and button to create a new interview.

Step 2: Click on the "Create New Interview" button, then navigate to the "Details" section. Here, you can select "Enable Audio Video and Recording." So, the system will record the entire interview, when the candidate grants the necessary permissions.

Step 3: After the candidate clicks on joins the interview, it will display a pop-up to the recruiter to Allow or Reject  the candidate.

Step 4: After allowing the candidate, it will display a pop-up to record the interview. You can click on Record your screen or  Record candidates screen which is recommended. 

Step 5: After clicking, it will display a pop-up to start recording the interview when the candidate grants the permission by sharing screen.

Step 6: After completing the interview, return to the Interviews section page and click on the specific interview and navigate to the Recordings section.

Here you can Watch or Download the recording.

New enhancement: Now, if video recording is enabled, webcams of all participants will be visible on the right side in the video recording. This improves visibility.
