Mastering Candidate Assessment: Adding Diverse Questions While Creating Interviews in Codejudge's Judgepad

Conducting interviews to assess candidates is a crucial part of the hiring process, and Codejudge’s live coding interview platform Judgepad offers a powerful platform to streamline this process. When creating interviews on judgepad, you have the flexibility to include various question types, allowing you to thoroughly evaluate a candidate's skills and knowledge

Step 1: Login to the Codejudge recruiter account and navigate to the "Interview" section. Click on “Create New Interview”.

Step 2: On clicking, it will take you to the Information page where you can fill in the essential details about your interview, such as the interview title and description. Then click on the “Questions” button to proceed further.

Step 3.1: Click on “Add Question”.  It will take you to the Add Question page where you can add questions from “Codejudge Library” and “My Company Library”.

Step 3.2: After selecting questions click on “Done”.

Note:  You can add only Frontend Project, Programming, SQL, and subjective type of Questions.

Step 4:  Click on “Details”.  It will take you to the “Details” page, where you can find the types of questions added for the interview.

Step 5: In the details page fill candidate information, upload resume, select interviewer, select calendar event, start date and the duration of interview, select scoring matrix, you can also create interview template, enable audio video, enable recording, enable auto advanced completion. Then click save and send an invite.
