Custom calendar invites enable you to elevate your interview process with personalized touches that reflect your company's branding and enhance candidate engagement.
Please remember that calendar invites can be customized during interview creation.
Follow these steps to customize interview calendar invite:
Step 1: Click on the ‘Calendar Invite Template’ button found under the Details section(When creating an interview).
Step 2: On clicking the button, you will be greeted with the invitation template. Here, you can customize the Title & Description.
Step 3: For customizing the Title, click on the ‘+ Add Parameters’ button and select as per your requirement.
Note: Here are all the parameters you can add - Candidate Email, Candidate Name, Candidate Phone No., Interview Description, Interview Link, Interview Title, Company Name, Point of Contact Email, Point of Contact Name, Interview Duration, Interview Start Time.
Step 4: For custom Description, click on ‘+ Add Parameters’ and choose as you wish.
Note: You’re allowed to add these parameters - Candidate Email, Candidate Name, Candidate Phone No., Interview Description, Interview Link, Interview Title, Company Name, Point of Contact Email, Point of Contact Name, Interview Duration, Interview Start Time.
Step 5: After adding all the parameters and framing the Title and Description as you need, click on Save button to save the template.
Step 6: As a final step, save all changes by saving the interview i.e., by clicking on the save button below.
New enhancement: Now, if a resume has been uploaded, a link to it is included in the Google Calendar event. This provides interviewers with easy access to the candidate's information.
This way interviewers can elevate their interview invites by infusing company branding, while enhancing the candidate experience with personalization.
