Efficient management of candidate settings is crucial for a streamlined testing process. Codejudge’s enhanced Bulk Enable/Disable Screen and Camera Sharing feature allows recruiters to manage these settings for multiple candidates simultaneously, providing greater flexibility and efficiency.
This is particularly useful when proctoring is enabled, as it simplifies the process of managing candidate settings. Previously, screen and camera sharing could only be enabled or disabled individually for each candidate, but now recruiters can select multiple candidates and update these settings in bulk.
Step 1: Log into your company account on Codejudge and navigate to the ‘Tests Dashboard’.
Step 2: Select the test for which you want to manage candidate settings and go to the ‘Candidates’ section.
Step 3: Ensure that proctoring is enabled for the test.
Step 4: In the candidates list, select the candidates for whom you want to enable or disable screen and camera sharing. You can select multiple candidates by checking the boxes next to their names.
Step 5: Click ‘Enable Proctoring’ or ‘Disable Proctoring’ as needed.
Step 6: Similarly, choose ‘Enable Camera Proctoring/ Screen Sharing’ or ‘Disable Camera Proctoring/ Screen Sharing’ from the menu.
Step 7: Confirm your selections, and the settings will be applied to all selected candidates simultaneously.
The Bulk Enable/Disable Screen and Camera Sharing enhancement significantly improves the efficiency of managing candidate settings, allowing recruiters to update these settings for multiple candidates at once. This feature ensures a more flexible and streamlined testing process.
Take advantage of this enhancement to better manage your testing sessions and proctoring settings.
