Maintaining a secure and fair testing environment is paramount. Codejudge’s new Configure Image Proctoring Snapshot Interval feature allows recruiters to customize the interval for screen and webcam snapshots, enhancing monitoring flexibility.
Previously fixed at 60 seconds, the interval can now be adjusted to 30 seconds, providing more frequent monitoring. This setting is conveniently located right under the video recording feature in the configurations section when creating tests or contests.
Step 1: Log into your company account on Codejudge and navigate to the ‘Create Test’ or ‘Create Contest’ section.
Step 2: In the test or contest creation flow, go to the ‘Configurations’ section.
Step 3: Scroll down to the proctoring configurations section to locate the ‘Image Proctoring Snapshot Interval’ option.
Step 4: Enable the ‘Image Proctoring’ feature if it is not already enabled.
Note: You can toggle the capture screen, and capture webcam checkboxes as per your preference.
Step 5: Set the snapshot interval by entering the desired time from the fields. Also, remember that the snapshot interval must be greater than 30 seconds.
Step 6: Complete the rest of the configurations for your test or contest and save your settings.
Step 7: Proceed with adding questions and other test details, and publish the test or contest.
The Configure Image Proctoring Snapshot Interval feature provides recruiters with enhanced control over monitoring intervals, allowing for more frequent snapshots and better oversight during test sessions.
This customization helps maintain the integrity of the assessments and supports a fair testing environment. Make sure to utilize this feature to optimize your proctoring settings.
