Adding Candidates to Tests: A Step-by-Step Guide

As a recruiter or administrator on Codejudge, adding new candidates to the test is a straightforward process. You have two options for this:

  1. Enter candidates' names and emails directly into the system.
  2. Download the template, fill in the candidate details, and upload the list to swiftly invite and evaluate potential candidates for the assessment. 

Follow these steps to add candidates to the test:

Step 1: Log in to your Codejudge Recruiter account using your admin credentials and click on the Tests section. It will display a dashboard which contains all the created tests. And click on any specific test Name or View button.

Step 2: On clicking the view button, it will display the Test Candidates page. Here you can Add Candidates by clicking on the button. It is the same as adding candidates after creating the test where you can enter the candidate name and email.

Step 3: On clicking the Add Candidates button, it displays a pop-up where you can enter candidate details like Name and Email. And click on the Save button to save the candidate details.

Step 4: And another way to add candidate details is by clicking on the Download Template button and adding Name and Email details into the excel sheet and upload to the test  by clicking on the Upload Candidate List button. 

Finally click on the Send Test Link button to send test invites to the candidates.
