Collaboration and efficient workflow management are essential for effective recruitment. Codejudge’s new Test Sharing feature enables recruiters to share test access with other users, enhancing team collaboration.
This feature is only available for tests. This enhancement ensures a seamless collaborative experience within your recruitment team.
Step 1: Log into your company account on Codejudge and navigate to the ‘Tests Dashboard’.
Step 2: Locate the test you wish to share and click on the ‘Actions’ button next to it. From the dropdown menu, select ‘Share’ to open the share dashboard
Step 3: In the share dashboard, click on ‘Share’ to add members. You can add users assigned the role of "member".
Step 4: Once the access is shared with the selected members, it will automatically show up in their account.
The Test Sharing feature enhances collaboration within your recruitment team by allowing recruiters to share test and access with other members.
This streamlined process ensures that all relevant team members can efficiently contribute to the assessment process. Utilize this feature to improve teamwork and optimize your recruitment workflow.
