Test Cloning
Cloning a test on Codejudge allows you to create a new assessment with the same questions and settings as the original test. You can modify questions, update test settings, and add candidates to tailor the test to your specific needs.
To clone a test, follow these steps:
Step 1: Once you log in to the Codejudge recruiter page, navigate to Tests.
Step 2: To clone a test on Codejudge, click the Action button of the test you want to replicate and choose Clone from the options.
Step 3: On clicking the Clone button, it will display the Information page, where you can modify Test Name, Test Description, and Important Note for the cloned test and click on the Questions button.
Step 4: On clicking the Questions button, it will display the Questions page. Here you can Add or Remove questions or you can use the same questions. And click on the Configuration button.
Step 5: On clicking, it will display the Configuration page where it provides different settings like allowed technologies, test startdate, expiry date, test duration, leaderboard, proctoring and many accessibility control options so you can modify as per requirement.
Step 6: On clicking, the Candidates page will allow you to add candidates by entering their Names and Emails or you can upload Candidate List directly as .csv, .xlsx, .xls format and can also access Test Email Template. And finally click on publish the test button.
After Publishing the test, it is listed on the Tests homepage. It allows you to monitor the actions of the candidates during the test and can provide the results with quality and functionality scores.
Template Cloning
Cloning a Template on Codejudge allows you to create a new template with the same questions and settings as the original template. You can modify questions and update configuration settings, to tailor the template to your specific needs.
To clone a template, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Codejudge Recruiter account using your admin credentials and click on the Test Template section.
Step 2: On clicking, it will display the Test Template page where you can clone the template. And it also provides features like Status of template as in if it’s a Draft or Published template, and you may Select Time Range to publish the template.
Step 3: On clicking the Clone button, it will display the Information page, where you can modify Template Name, Template Description, and Important Note for the cloned template and click on the Questions button.
Step 4: On clicking, it will display the Questions page. Here you can Add or Remove or modify the questions or you can use the same questions. And click on the Configuration button.

After Publishing the template, it is listed on the Test Templates homepage.
