Steps to Access the New Candidate Management Page

Step 1: Log in to your Codejudge recruiter account using your credentials.

Step 2: Once logged in, navigate to the Candidates section from the main dashboard.

Step 3: In the Candidates section, you will now see the new Candidate Management Page, featuring an 'All' tab that displays a comprehensive list of all your candidates.

1. All Tab Overview

The 'All' tab serves as the central hub for viewing all your candidates with key metrics at your fingertips:

  • Candidate Name: The full name of the candidate.
  • Test Attempted: Number of tests the candidate has attempted.
  • Average Test Score: The average score across all tests taken by the candidate.
  • Contest Attempted: Number of contests the candidate has participated in.
  • Average Contest Score: The average score across all contests taken by the candidate.
  • Interview Attempted: Number of interviews the candidate has attended.
  • Average Interview Rating: The average rating received from interviews.

2. Customizing Data Columns

To tailor the information displayed to your needs:

  • Click on the Columns button located above the candidate list.
  • Select the additional data points you wish to view, such as:
    • Added On Date: When the candidate was added to your system.
    • Last Test Attempted: The most recent test the candidate attempted.
    • Last Contest Attempted: The most recent contest the candidate participated in.
    • Last Interview Attempted: The most recent interview the candidate attended.
  • The selected columns will now appear in your candidate list, allowing for a more detailed overview.

3. Managing Candidates

Take actionable steps directly from the Candidate Management Page:

  • Click on the Actions button next to a candidate’s entry.
  • From the dropdown menu, select Add to Specific Test to assign the candidate to a new test, streamlining the assessment process.

  • Basic Filters:
    • Candidate Name/Email: Search for specific candidates by name or email address.
    • Test Attempted: Filter candidates based on the number of tests they have attempted.

    • Average Contest Score: Filter based on average contest scores.
